Mixing Vacuum Injection Machine - List of Manufacturers, Suppliers, Companies and Products | IPROS GMS

2-component resin automatic metering mixing and vacuum injection machine (vacuum casting machine)

Automatically and precisely mix and inject a two-component resin into the details of the workpiece inside a vacuum chamber!!

This device enables vacuum degassing, temperature control, weighing, mixing, and quantitative vacuum injection (casting) of two-component resins such as polyurethane, epoxy, and silicone. 【Features】 ● Reliable vacuum degassing of liquid agents in the material tanks for the main agent and hardener ● Accurate measurement and discharge at the specified mixing ratio using a precision metering pump ● Mixing with a mixing head suitable for the resin (power mixer or static mixer) ● Maintaining the vacuum chamber at the specified vacuum level ● Reliable vacuum degassing of the workpiece within the vacuum chamber ● Liquid drip prevention valve (nozzle) that can be used inside the vacuum chamber ● Automatic quantitative injection (casting) into the details of the workpiece under vacuum conditions, allowing the resin to penetrate ● We also accept automated systems for automatic transport of workpieces and discharge valves (nozzles), etc. ● All equipment is designed and manufactured to be user-friendly, tailored to the customer's specifications regarding resin, workpieces, and discharge methods. *Please feel free to contact us for more details.*
